This was such a success in Norman that we're going to put on the same event in OKC. We'll pair our finest cheeses with a variety of Scotch whiskies. Seats will fill up quickly, so grab yours now!

Join Forward Foods's owner, Steve "Wampus" Reynolds, and McNellie's Adam Price for a night full of cheese and beer! Learn about the ever-fascinating world of cheese and beer pairing, while enjoying some of the finest cheeses and brews from around the world. 
For many, sparkling wines are reserved for special occasions: bubbles only make an appearance during select festivities. But sparklers make for great cheese pairings, too, and on the 21st we'll try out a variety of sparkling wines with cheeses to match. 
 
Italy: home to two of the greatest cheeses in the world, mozzarella and Parmigiano-Reggiano. But beyond these two stalwarts there's a world of amazing cheeses waiting to be discovered. Come find out why Italy is considered France's greatest cheese rival in this class, where we'll pair a variety of Italian cheeses with complementary Italian wines!

The goal of our Education Department is to nourish Oklahoma’s ever-growing interest in artisanal, handmade, and farmstead cheeses. From Cheese 101 to Beer & Cheese to Olive Oil Tastings with area experts, there is something for everyone at Forward Foods!

Price for all courses is $35/person. (Wine & Beer are complimentary)
