An aperitif is a light, dry drink which sparks the appetite before a meal (think of dry vermouth); a digestif is a rich, luxurious one that leaves you satisfied afterward (think of brandy). In this course, we'll try several from all over the world; and as for the meal? Cheese, of course! We'll pair each aperitif and digestif with its perfect cheese mate. Bon appétit!
