Oh, look at that little cheesy-weesy! It’s Gres des Vosges (ph. gray duh vozh). It’s a washed rind cow’s milk cheese from Alsace, France. It’s smooth, slightly salty and luxurious. And it has a fern leaf on top! Could it be more amazing?
